6. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds

Prices and payment terms are those shown at checkout or in the applicable written agreement. Unless that agreement or applicable law provides otherwise, fees already earned or costs already incurred are nonrefundable. Program, event, speaking, subscription, rescheduling, and cancellation terms may vary and will be disclosed for the specific offering.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, CURINGTON ENTERPRISE AND ITS OWNERS, TEAM MEMBERS, CONTRACTORS, AND AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM THE WEBSITE OR THESE TERMS. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR A CLAIM RELATING ONLY TO THE WEBSITE WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE WEBSITE-RELATED SERVICE GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM DURING THE PRECEDING THREE MONTHS.
